First off, I am grateful and excited to be a part of this experience with you all. I grew up in small-town Ohio, but spent a few years living in Jordan and various parts of the Middle East providing leadership to college-age study abroad students and learning about regional politics, culture and religion. This time sparked my interest in inter-religious dialogue, mysticism, contemplation and different faith traditions. I had a recent stint as a native landscaper, and especially loved pondering the overlaps of ecological restoration, colonial histories, and intercultural bridge-building while digging in the soil. In my free time, you’ll find me climbing rocks, sewing, playing volleyball, making a café menu for hosting my friends, renovating my van, or thrifting. I’m looking forward to learning with you all!
