Booking Process
Submit Inquiry: Complete a short request form or send an email with your event details. Provide date(s), location, expected audience size, theme or topic interests, and technical arrangements (A/V, platform, etc.).
Proposal & Confirmation: Their office will respond with availability, suggested topics, honorarium policy, travel logistics, and contract terms.
Finalize Plans: Work collaboratively — they will confirm title, bio, accommodation, and promotional materials well in advance.
Day of Event & Follow-Up: Auburn leadership will arrive prepared, deliver to your community, and may provide resources or recommended next steps.
