Bree McKee-Miller
Bree (she/they) holds a BA in Religion (Eastern Traditions) and a minor in History from Chapman University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Hamline University. Raised by two ministers, she was determined never to work in a church, which is why it's so ironic that she is currently loving her work as Director of Faith Formation for Children, Youth, and Families at Creekside UCC in Minneapolis. Bree loves knitting, reading, rock climbing, and pretty much all creative activities. She is passionate about justice, trauma-informed education, and the power of stories, and feels like her best self when learning new things and engaging in meaningful discussions with others. She lives in Eagan, MN with her husband, teenage daughter, and a dog who acts like a cat.
