Malcolm Ezennia

Malcolm L. Ezennia is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience leading organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation. With expertise in financial management, business development, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance, Malcolm has successfully enhanced operations and driven profitability in both large and small organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Auburn Theological Seminary, Malcolm oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, treasury management, and audit and compliance processes. His leadership has been instrumental in restoring confidence in internal reporting and streamlining operational procedures.

Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at M.C.A. Logistics & Investments International, Malcolm led the company through rapid growth, securing triple-digit revenue increases and optimizing financial operations. He has also held leadership roles at Authentic Response, Inc., Cammack Larhette Consulting, and AFS-USA, where his ability to implement efficient processes and drive financial improvements was critical to each company’s success. Malcolm graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Accounting & Economics from Queens College, NY, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Ufa Petroleum Institute, Russia.
