Joelle Brummit-Yale
Joelle currently serves as children's and youth director at Chapel in the Pines Presbyterian in Chapel Hill, NC. She holds a BA in English from SUNY Geneseo in NY, a MEd in Middle Grades English Education from NC State University, and Christian Education certification in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A). She completed her certification coursework at Union Presbyterian Seminary. Joelle has also served as a children's curriculum writer for Presbyterian Outlook. Joelle and her spouse David have one child, Finn, who will be attending Warren Wilson College. They share 5 acres of land with a menagerie of dogs, chickens, and ducks. Joelle enjoys baking, doing puzzles, attending concerts and spending time in the most magical place in the world—Montreat, NC.
