Nicole Smythe, she/her

Hello My name is Nicole I am a seminary student, who is discovering my ministry beyond the pulpit. My background has been working with children, specifically in the field of Early Childhood Education. I speak with and for the little people. I am currently an Education Coach for a Headstart agency. I also recently established my own nonprofit called Black Seeds Grow. Outside of all of that, I enjoy reading, shopping, and going for walks. I also like to binge-watch crime show. I am looking forward to gaining tools and strategics to become an effective leader. I also look forward to the opportunity connecting with like-minded people who desire to make a change in the world and who are foolish enough to believe they can do it.
