I am a strategic leader and ordained clergyperson working across the intersections of higher education, philanthropy, and faith-based institutions to advance leadership development and institutional collaboration. My background spans executive strategy, theological formation, and public-facing leadership with prior experience as an associate dean, college chaplain, pastor, and adjunct professor. I bring a relational, visionary, and culturally fluent approach to leadership development. I am driven by the conviction that institutions, when thoughtfully led, can become powerful instruments for renewal, equity, and the common good.
