Rucha Modi, she/her

Hey y'all! My name is Rucha, and I'm a leadership development practitioner and Hindu community organizer. I've worked and served through coaching, facilitation, and consulting across several contexts, including grassroots nonprofits, elite universities, government offices, hospitals, and yoga studios.

Hinduism and Buddhism guide my theory of change and practice in all areas, but are most overt in my role as an Executive Board Member of Sadhana: A Coalition of Progressive Hindus, a nonprofit organization that develops online and offline programming around Hindu socio-spiritual education, community service, and advocacy. I got my BA at UCLA and my MTS at Harvard Divinity School, and I orient my free time around music, movement, and community-building. I'm so excited to be in critical conversation, deep community, and creative collaboration with you all—who find yourselves in the formal or informal role of faith/religious leader—by deliberate choice or sheer momentum.
